Happy to be a woman! Women’s Motorcycle Tours is proud to be celebrating 2020’s Women’s History Month by bringing due attention to some of the key players who laid the foundation for the 19th Amendment, women’s right to vote. And by the end of the month we will have brought you up to date by honoring some of today’s women who have also influenced the way America regards the power of being a woman.
Going back as far as 1759, we want to share with you by taking you back in time to the women who were fighting their way through tangles of struggles, strife and downright inequality to pave the way to equal voting rights. Then we will bring you into the present, to honor the here-and-now women. Ride along with me through nearly 2 centuries of women who worked with passion for not only women’s rights but human rights no matter the person’s race, gender, background or economic status. Kudos to you ladies for taking this time to pay honor and respect to those who have paved the way!
